I got my H1B on 2007 cap.I was there in USA from Nov 2007 to Jan 2010 and I came back to India was working here. My I-129 says the expiry dates as Sep 2010.I stayed in USA for 2 years. Is there any chance that i use my same old H1B petition Or else do i need to file a new H1B for next year. Link to comment
