H4 to H1-RFE-H4 to H1 with another emp

I applied for H4 to H1 with employer A which went into RFE and was pending until the following year's fresh quota was about to end. So applied for H4 to H1 with employer B in this year's quota. Meanwhile H1 with employer A got approved and I started working with A. Now the H1 with B got approved.

Now can I ask B to cancel the H1? If so will my status still be maintained as H1 with A? Will there be any other problem which I should take care or intimate A about?

Please advice.

Inform B as a courtesy. You can continue with A.

If you are not joining employer B, then say the same to them and they will withdraw your petition.
