As a thank you note, I want to provide my case details which might be helpful to others. Premium processing. Transfer receipt date: July 20, 2012 RFE date: Aug 09, 2012 RFE Response Date: Sep 28, 2012 Approved date: October 11, 2012 RFE reasons: Right to Control Evidence of H1-B Speciality occupation work with end client Evidence pertaining to an H1B extension beyond 6 year limit Hope all your cases will be solved!!!
