H1b stamping experts plead help

I am presently working on xyz company ( i got h1b from( sep 2010-2013 sep ) and company abc applied for my h1b transfer still my transfer is in process I am presently working at company xyz can I go for stamping to India on xyz when the process on abc still there and if I was in India and h1 transfer what do I need to get stamping from other company too and come to USA or xyz company stamping is enough to come back and then transfer to new company ? Can you please let me what are the risk involve ? Experts please help me thanks you
