H4 with a prior EAD

Could you kindly answer my question?

I'm currently on an L1 Visa. And my wife has an L2 EAD valid till march 2013.

I can no longer extend my L1 visa. So my company has filed an H1 Visa for me. H1 status will be in effect from December 2012 (I've received the Approval) and my Wife's satuts will be H4 after December.

1. Can my wife still continue to work till March 2013 with her current EAD?

2. Can she extend the existing EAD beyond March 2013?

No. As soon as you are on H1, her L2 and EAD are invalid.

2. Can she extend the existing EAD beyond March 2013?

No. See above.
