I got the FedEx receipt today from USCIS and new employer asks to start work today on wards. The new employer tells FedEx receipt is enough for work; however friends say USCIS case receipt is needed to start. Can I start work for new employer with FedEx receipt? Will the employer able to generate payroll for legally for me now? Please advice Link to comment
