Ana0007 Posted August 19, 2012 Report Share Posted August 19, 2012 I applied for H1 B this year using a Premium processing and got a RFE recently, I applied as Technical recruiter position for a US company, Company did my H1 b processing. However, RFE was raised on why your position should be considered a specialty skill. Has any one come accross such questions or could any one give me some ideas which can be of any help. Thank you.
