sssshyam Posted July 30, 2012 Report Share Posted July 30, 2012 i went to india on h4(valid till may 2013) on feb 2012, my h1was filed on april 2012,i returned to US on july 1st 2012...now its july 30th....my status shows its still on intial review...my question is am i going to get h1b??do i need to update my i-94 info??
