Travelling to India- need to get H1B stamped. Interview Waiver possible?

Hi,

THis is urgent friends.

I am one of those f1-h1b then MBA so h1b to f1 and then once again f1 to h1b

I need to travel to india and get my visa stamped.

in 2006, I got my H1B stamped (different employer) in India. I havent been back since.

Since then I worked for a few years, went to grad school and am working for a different employer

no consulting stuff- FTE (analyst at a hedgefund)

So 2 questions- do I qualify for a interview waiver? and secondly- as of today there doesnt seem to be any dates available in august on the website? how does this work?

Any help/pointers etc are appreciated.

H1B doesn't have interview waiver. If your visa is expired, you have to go for interview.
