485 was filed in Feb 2012, haven't heard anything yet. Is it pre-adjudicated?

My PD is Sep 2008 and my 485 was filed in Feb 2012. I got my EAD and AP within weeks after filing. I haven't heard back since then. So Is there a chance that my 485 could be pre-adjudicated by now?

Are you EB-2 or EB-3? What country? When did you do finger prints? What service center?

you can raise SR if your rd is past the current processing times for your service center.

Based on the SR, you will find the needed info.

I'm EB-2, India. FP's were done in Feb itself. Texas Service Center.

Shurap: The only reason why I asked this is to find out whether an RFE can still be issued or if its pre-adjudicated, then its just a matter of visa number availability.

As long as you are not called in for an interview or issued a RFE, consider your petition is still pending.

Why do you worry so much, will get approved when it needs to be.There is nothing you could do.Dont spoil your sleep.
