bclara
I have a EB2 I140 approved but priority dates are not current, so cannot file for I-485. In mean time, our office has moved. The new location is only 6 miles from old location in same area but it is under different county. Do I need to re-file PERM or I140? I saw some posts and if the new location is in same geographical location (commuting times, etc), there is no need to do PERM again. What about I-140? Any ideas if it is necessary to refile I-140 to notify USCIS of new address? Or can change of address be notified when filing I-485 whenever dates become current? Link to comment
