Second PERM with same employer

Hi There,

Here is the current scenario:

#1.Completed 5 yrs on H1B

#2.Applied PERM by end of the 5th year

#3.Got an audit for PERM & responded for it

My questions are

#1.I am concerned about the first application.One of my friend suggested to apply for second PERM.Any possibilities for applying second PERM with same employer?

#2.If yes for 1, can I use the same recruitment documents (for first PERM) for the second PERM

#3.If yes for 1, is it possible to apply PERM after the completion of 5 yrs in H1?
