Hi All,

I have an appointment at Vancouver consulate on July 26th. i have got H1 Extension approved recently..and am going for renewal stamping

My Employer has applied for my H1B Renewal and in the I129 Form for the question:

3) Address where the beneficiary will work if different from address in Part 1.

They did not enter anything/they forgot to enter Client Location here...so from the question itself it means that i am working at employer location.

But with the same petition they have Submitted LCA, Client Letter which also had Client Location in it where i was working from past three years.

i.e., in I129 no work location was mentioned and on LCA and Client Letter attached to the petition had the Client Location on it.

So, Is there a chance the VO could raise this as an issue or ask a question...and is it ok if i answer saying that it was a typographical issue ...Because it was really a overlook from the petitioner and LCA, Client letter had the Location..So that would be proof to say it was not Intendedly done "Not Mentioning address in I129".

What can be the best solution for this. I would be great full to the people who can suggest me on this...
