manjan984 Posted July 12, 2012 Report Share Posted July 12, 2012 Hi guys, My H1 got approved and also received I797 approval but my online status in uscis site shows "Decision". It didn't go to Post decision activity. Can I attend visa interview when my status is still in Decision or do I need to wait for Post decision activity phase? Thanks, manjan Link to comment

giri26 Posted July 13, 2012 Report Share Posted July 13, 2012 As long as you have an approved petition it should be okay. In 2009 when I got my approval notice my online status still showed "Request for evidence sent". My wife went for stamping in just 2 months and she had no issues in India. So I am not sure the status online means that much to you visa interview as you have the approval already. Link to comment
