Pretty Straightforward process

Vo: Is this a new H1b or Renewal

Me: Renewal

Vo: whose ur employer

Me: XYZ

Vo: How long have you been with your employer

Me: Over 4 years

Vo: Did you study in the US?

Me: Yes

Vo: What did you study?

Me: XYZ

Vo: Whats ur salary

Me: XYZ

Vo: Where do you work?

Me: City X, State Y (Client Location)

Vo: Do you have an end client

Me: Yes

Vo: Who?

Me: XYZ

Vo: How long have you been with the end client?

Me: Over 10 months

Vo: Do you have a letter from them?

Me: Yes

Vo: Can I see it?

Me: Gave him the client letter

Vo: Can I see your LCA, i129

Me: Gave him those.

Vo: Going thru the docs

Vo: Your visa has been approved, Here are some instructions to pickup your passport.

Me: Thank you.

Flew in on Sunday, 07/08.

Interview on Monday morning, 07/09

Loomis mail by Tuesday evening, 07/10

Picked up passport on Wednesday morning, 07/11

Back into US on Wednesday night, 07/11

Hello, Congrarulations on your approval. I have seen case where consulate is issuing VISA if you study MS in USA. Yours completely satisfy my interpretaion. I am seeing the most problem for people who went to USA on H1B after working for some time in INdia. Good luck to you....
