Regarding overlapping employment

Hi,

I am going to apply for I-140 in about a month but concerned about an issue.

This is my third company. There is a slight overlap in my first and second employment of about one month and 7 days. My resignation in first company got delayed because of the delay in H1 approval in the second company. However, I was working only for the second company and had to take leave from the first one during this period. Is it going to be a problem in I-140 approval?

Can someone please guide?
