H1 B Visa and I-94 card

I came to US in Jan 2010 and have a Visa till July 2012.

In between I have changed my employer in Mid 2011 and got H1b transfer done ( new i-797 having a I-94 validity as May 2014) Now I have not traveled to back since I came in Jan 2010.

Also in between I had a new Indian passport done in US

Now can some one please suggest on following questions:

1. My understanding is that I can stay till 2014 and no need to worry about new passport or visa ending by July 2012. correct ?
   
2. I came to know about requirement to report change of address to USCIS. I am planning to update my current address and report in the future as soon as i change the place. Is there any issue or other thing i need to take care of regarding updating my current address? can i do it online.
