telbabu Posted July 12, 2012 Report Share Posted July 12, 2012 Friends, Recently my company has filed for GC-PERM process(1 weekago),I got Canadian PR Approval and I have to enter into Canada by end of August'2012.Here my visa was expired wheres I have approved extended I797 till May'2013.My question is.., 1.Should I opt for H1B extension stamping in Canada with new visa stamping and comeback to US? or Should I just travel to Canada and complete my PR formalities and return back to USwithin 2-3 days without any US Visa Stamping?As I heard we can visit Canada within 30 ddays without visa stamping.Is it safe to go visit Canada and return back to US when US Visa got expired? Please clarify me clearly and correct me wherever I am wrong.I am eagerly waiting for your reply. Thanks Link to comment
