what care should i take for Changing Job?

HI ,

I am currently on H1b and I-485 pending for more then 180days(eliglible for filing AC21).I need to change the job and work on EAD since my present employer who has filed my GC is going out of business.

what care I should take while changing job so that I can file AC21 and my GC process continues?

Run the scenario by a Lawyer and get a suitable job letter from the new company.

Make sure the new job is in the same job qualification as on the present I-140, and you file AC-21 in a timely manner.

File AC21. Also transfer H1 if you maintain the same. This is what I did when changing jobs. Also part with current employer in good terms
