I booked a visa appointment in ottawa for next week but I realized I booked for a TN visa and not an H1B visa which is what I need. I repayed the MRV fees for an H1B visa which differ for both visa types. I'm not sure where to go from here? R Link to comment
Attorney_10 Posted July 13, 2012 Report Share Posted July 13, 2012 Please contact the U.S. consulate or VFS office directly to determine what steps need to be taken, if any. Also, you should notify the Consular Officer of the typo at the interview and bring an amended DS-160 application. Link to comment
