I haven't got H1B beacuse of the late submission of application . 1.What is the possible solution for me to get into status after opt ends.? 2.What is the alterantive procedure to filed for the H1B application after my opt ends ? You would have to leave USA after grace period. Once your H1b is filed and approved, you can start working in USA from Oct 1st. Link to comment
