shaa Posted July 11, 2012 Report Share Posted July 11, 2012 Hello Wife is working on EAD so I assume that in US she doesnt have her H4 status anymore. However, she has valid stamped H4 on passport. My question is: Does she have to worry about transit visa through Europe as she doesnt have H4 status anymore? but she has stamped H4 visa. Her use of EAD, doesnt affect her H4 stamp which is what is required for transiting through Europe. Please correct me if I am wrong here. Thanks in advance Link to comment
