I was there for 6 months and got h1 approval with COS.Also recently compeleted h1 transfer with out any problem as FTE. I want to go for stamping in canda but scared due to **** back ground. I did not voilate f1 that time so got COS from f1 to h1 for 1 year and moved to one company as FTE after that. so hopefully thing should be okay with me . Link to comment
