HateNBC Posted July 9, 2012 Report Share Posted July 9, 2012 Hi, My friend has applied for EB1C 140 almost 9 months ago. Still, the USCIS site shows " Initial Review". There were 3 SR's made and every time service center say contact after 30 to 60 days. Is there any other way to speed up the process or to know where the application got struck ??
