infolak Posted July 9, 2012 Report Share Posted July 9, 2012 Hello Experts, I have a situation where my i140 is approved and my employer sent a withdrawal for some reasons, now my employer wants me and can my employer send a disregard the withdrawal letter to USCIS so the petition stays approved.
