rathinakumar Posted July 9, 2012 Report Share Posted July 9, 2012 Dear Expert, I am currently working in USA for a Indian IT company I came to USA in L1B visa which got expired month back, but i have i-94 valid till Nov-2013. My company is ready to apply for L1B to L1A conversion from US itself. If my petition( L1B to L1A conversion) gets denied, do i have to leave US (or) can i stay in my L1B I-94 validity. I discussed with few and getting mixed reviews. I am confused to apply for L1A conversion without proper information on this process. It would be great to get your expert advise on this.
