Terry Posted July 8, 2012 Report Share Posted July 8, 2012 Hi, My H1 extension was denied with the reason that my petition was initially approved in error by immigration and neutralization service. This was denied under INA 221G. While in the extension process, I had travelled to India and now I'm in a situation where I cannot go back and sell my car or other things there. Please advise what are the options available for me to visit US either on a job or at least to make the final settlements. Thanks for the help! Link to comment
