abirajdar
Hi, I currently work for company A on H1, I got an offer from company B and they have initiated my H1 transfer this week. I'm not sure if I want to leave company A (depends on my appraisal and stuff), so after B has transfered my VISA can I still work with A and say no to B. Also I don't want the company A to know about this transfer. Link to comment

You can work with A till the last date of the petition and as long as you are maintaining your status by working for them and getting paid by them. If the B's H1b approves, you still can stick with A's H1b and ignore B's approve h1b. Link to comment
