H1 cancellation

Hi,

i need clarification..

right i am on h4 VISA,before i was on h1 at that time my H1 employer told me to revoke my h1 petition in

2009 may,but i moved H4 2009 sep from that onwards i been on H4 status till today..when i was checking my h1 b petition online it showing intiial review..

finally is this any problem in the future my status..

please clarify me
