Query on Previous L1b extension and L2 Stamping

My L1 Visa and I-94 expired on Dec 2nd 2008 and stayed till Dec 27th . I have applied for extension before the expiry date. When i am staying in India I got RFE and we have withdrawn extension .

1. Now I am going for L2 visa stamping , will it be a problem

2..Is my stay from Dec 2nd 2008 to Dec 27th 2008 is condsidered as illegal.

3. If i get visa will there be a problem at port of entry

Please respond as soon as possible since my PA date could be sometime next week.
