Here is the details about my education, I got (3 Years Bsc Comp + 1 1/2 Years Masters(MCA Incomplete, Just finish 11 out of 18 subjects) + 1 Years IBM university ). I did have the evaluation with Credentials agency and they gave certificate with equalance of USA bachelors degree, based on that my attorney filed my 140 in EB2 category. Now USCIS wants to proove the education qulaification. Any suggestions please? Link to comment
