mjsmithjones Posted July 5, 2012 Report Share Posted July 5, 2012 I am on H1 visa and the first 3 years are finishing by the end of this year, so my company is filing for extention. Now I haven't traveled out of USA since I got my H1 approved. I came to USA on F1 visa. So now I am planning to visit India, but would like to wait until my visa gets extended. I hope it is possible to get visa extended without the stamping or do I need to go before I get my visa extended? Thanks in advance. Link to comment
