Am i eligible for applying GC

I came on L2 and started working for employer A on L2 EAD, then moved to H4.

Last year a employer filed for H1 and it got approved for 3 years, presently working as a Recruiter for an IT consulting firm on H1.

Am i eligible for applying GC or no.

H1 B is a dual intent visa. Hence you are eligible to apply for a Green card.
