Visha1 Posted July 5, 2012 Report Share Posted July 5, 2012 Hi, I had filed my H1b in Aug. 2011 and got RFE in Feb 2012. I got approval I797-A in April 2012. The status of my application at USCIS.gov is still "Request for Evidence Response Review". How this site works? Is this normal or should I check this with my employer? Thanks, Visha Link to comment

WiseTravel Posted July 6, 2012 Report Share Posted July 6, 2012 Hello.. I had same issue (RFE in 06/11 and approved in 07/11) , my attorney said "There are some cases that are never completely updated on CIS’s website. I have never seen this be an issue" Link to comment
