Entered US on AP, Can I transfer H1b?

I entered using Advance parole and completed my 180 days of pending AOS. My current H1b petition is good until Sep end, I want to transfer to a new employer on H1b, however I want to know if there is any issue with taking the transfer.

In Cronin memo published in 2000 it clearly discusses about extending the H1b after entering as a parolee and going back to H1b status but it does not state if the h1b transfer can also be possible when entered on Advance parole.

Yes, you can. H1 extention and transfers are actually the same exact types of petitions.
