GC for parents

I am sponsoring family-based GC for my parents. I had the following 2 questions:

1. My parents, for whom I am filing I130, for Consular Processing (CP) route, are presently with me in USA on B1/B2 visa. They will go back to India in October. Which address should I write in column 2 of section C of I130 form - my US address where they are now or their address in India?

2. When and how is I864 (affidavit of support) to be submitted? Will it expedite processing if I enclose I864 with I130?
