RFE on I140 related to expereince letter in detail

Hi All,

I got an RFE on I140. They want more detail about the special skills which my old employer is willing to write in detail. I really dont know what to do now. I heard that getting ex co workers expereince letter would help in this but I don't know anyone in my previous company who could write on my behalf. Can I get the expereince letters from old co workers in india? Does it needs to notarized here or in India? Can some one send any formats of notarized letters from my co workers?

Did you apply for BS+5 year under the EB 2 category or do you have a Masters here in US?

We applied on Bachelors + 6 years exp. I do have Masters but they job they have posted requires Bachelors + 6 years exp.
