Processing Time for I-140 NOID Response (Premium Processing)

Hello,

My I-140 Application was filed in Premium Processing and USCIS sent a NOID a few weeks back. My company sent a response to the NOID.

Considering the Original I-140 Application was filed in Premium Processing, is there a time frame that USCIS should respond to the NOID Response? I am getting conflicting information and not sure if USCIS should respond in 15 days since it is a premium processing application or if they can take their own time frame.

When I check the status in the uscis website, it says expect a response in 60 days. Not sure if it is a generic statement and if it is applicable to premium processing cases or not.

The reason this is important to me is because, due to the nature of the reason they gave in NOID (Issue with how the job description was provided by the attorney in the labor certification) I have very little hope on I-140 being approved and I am evaluating my options on moving to a different company. I cannot plan this well until I have a specific timeframe.

Any information you can share on tihs will be of great help and will be greatly appreciated!!

What's your RFE? Can you more (possible) specific details?
