My husband is on H4 and I have applied in EB2 category My PERM just got approved, can he file for EAD when we file for I-140 ? Or does he have to wait for our priority date to become current to file I485 and EAD concurrent Kindly help and thank you in advance Link to comment

JoeF Posted July 11, 2012 Report Share Posted July 11, 2012 An EAD can only be filed together with or after an I-485 is filed. And to file an I-485, the PD has to be current. Link to comment
