New Visa Stamp - travel with 'different' H1B petition

Hi All,

I have a valid H1B visa in my passport, its petition is valid, but NEVER traveled. I got a new offer from a company and they are filing new H1B petition. Can I travel using the old visa stamp or do I have to get new visa with new H1B petition.

I am exploring options and choose company I want to work. Your inputs are very helpful.
