AC21 advice

Friends,

as you all know , as per new EB2 predictions, PD wont be current until 3rd quarter of 2013.

I would like to switch the job after 180 days of my AOS recpt date are over if I see any good job opportunity.

It would be your great help if you could share your experience with AC21 , is there any catch? any specifics that I need to make sure before I change ? I am going to wait till Oct 2012 bulletin
