H1B Transfer -- Neeed your suggestions

Hi ,

I got H1b visa stamped in inda and valid until 2014 September. Now I got fulltime ith Direct Client. A big MNC Company in Oil field.They are filling my H1B transfer in Regular process not the Premium process. Its filed one week back and they gave me the start date as if Aug 13th. When H1B fillied in Regular process it might take 3 to 4 months to get approval from USICS.

Can I Join this company with the receipt.

I am seeing some posts in this forum where people resign the old company and Join the new company on the receipt . While processing with new company some cases they get denied the H1B transfer.

Please suggest me.
