PD porting from EB3 to EB2

Hi,

I have my I-140 approved from CompanyA with PD April 10, 2008 in EB3

I moved to CompanyB and ported PD to EB2

However, I got an excellent offer from CompanyC within 6 months of porting my PD from EB3 to EB2 with CompanyB (i.e. after filing I-140 with CompanyB)

As I understand that I cannot port the PD if I leave the company within 6 months of I-140 approval. However my original PD was April 2008 with CompanyA. Can I use my PD from PERM filed with CompanyA in order to once again port my PD from EB3 to EB2 with CompanyC.

Any advice will be very helpful and much appreciated
