Hi All,

I am in the final stage of getting my J1 waiver from USCIS.

My current employer is ready to file L1B for me. I would like to know what are the steps involved to change the status from J1 to L1, or documents that my employer or myself has to prepare. I would like to keep all the documentation ready to file for the L1B immediately after recieving the waiver from USCIS.
