Urgent - 221g - EC model - Need help - Plz help...

Hi 221g experienced Friends,

Please guide me.

Visa interview in Feb 2012 in Chennai Consulate …Got 221g as a gift, asked me to submit employer documents. after 4 months… June 2nd week asked me to submit some more documents (client letter, client contract with the employer etc. ). I have the client letter but its of the month Jan 2012. There is a situation – i am on EC … my client couldn’t wait that long and he already terminated the contract long back…

Now what should I do in this scenario , should I submit the backdated letter ? Does US consulate contacts the end client to verify or they just look at the letter? Or whats the best option to do..

Friends who were in similar situation / who got approval after 221g : were your end client contacted ever by the consulate ?

Seniors please help me.

@VenkatRRRR can you please provide me the date of your interview?.I am in the same situation.My interview date was on Feb 17th at chennai and was issued 221g Blue AAP.No Documents were taken and still no reply from the consulate.Can you provide more details abt your interivew?.

Coming to your situation,I whould say you are in a tricky situation,since you dont have job at client location it may be difficult to answe the query since you may need updated client letter,and contract.And ther are high chances they may verify the client aftr you submit the documents as I see the same from previous cases.You may need to find another client and amend your petetion so that you can send the updated client info with ameneded Petetion,LCA to be a genuine case.Otherwise submitting the old client letter will be risky and may lead to further issues to my knowladge

As blues mentioned the chances to contact your client is more when they get client letter. If you are really lucky they might approve just based on the letter, but it will be risky to take chace.
