Hi,

Am currently in US, my Visa (L1-B) got expired but I have valid I-94 till 2015, So now am planning to bring my family to US... what are the options - at present my Wife & KID are in India

1. Based on my I-94, both they can go for L2 stamping in India ?

2. My employer is ready to go for extension for me, If I get my extension, Based on my extension paper they can go for stamping in india ?

3. while filling my extension, I need to file extension my wife & kid too ( wife & Kid - Currently they are in India)

4. Any other options ?

Please advise me.
