sidm1810
Hi, I'm in the process of taking an appointment for my H1B visa interview and had a question regarding the photo which is uploaded with the completed application form DS-160. If the photo in the form is accepted while submitting online but the actual hard copy doesn't meet the requirements,is it OK to take a different photo at the time of interview than the one used in the DS-160 form while filling it online? irarum
Hi sid, For my last stamping I was asked for a different photo since there was shadow in DS160 photo. Luckily I had some other photo and presented. otherwise I heard from someone where they were asked to get a photo and come back in 2 hours. So do not worry. get a picture once you reach consulate city. And as Mr.Mirage said, some consulates have phto booths (Chennai I read in forums). Not sure about others. Link to comment
