What are the required documents of H4 stamping

Hi All,

Could some one confirm the requried documents needed for H4 stamping ?

1) Copy of the original applicant I-797 and LCA

2) Copy of the original applicant Passport, visa, I-94

3) Copy of the original applicant petition documents

4) Copy of the original applicant Paystubs, bank statements and W2, Tax filings.

1) Original Passport of the H4 applicant.

2) Original marriage certificate, wedding card, photos

3) Original appointment letter and DS 0160 Confirmation letter

4) Original HDFC receipt.

Are there any additional documents needed ?

It is listed that, original I-797 and I-129 is needed for H4. Is this true /

Get employment verification letter too.

From my knowledge, originals are not necesary.
