Travelling on h4 with H1b cos approved

Hi,

I applied for h1b this year and got approved with cos which is effective from Oct 1st. Meanwhile I am planning to travel to India for a month and come back to US in aug month on H4. Just want to know whether this travel will create any impact on my H1 or not as h1b cos is effective only from oct ? Also I want to go H4 stamping since the one is already expired. Please provide your inputs.
