My current OPT STEM expires 9/23/2013, would I be eligible to apply for the fiscal year 2013 H1B because it starts in Oct 1st? Can I still work from 9/23/2013 to 10/1/2013 assuming my H1B gets approved? Link to comment

The H1 quota for fiscal year 2013 was filled earlier this month. The earliest an H1 can be filed is for fiscal year 2014. Applications for that can be filed starting April 1, 2013. Link to comment
